• Ride-Hailing: Uber and Bolt operate reliably in Mombasa and are the safest, most transparent way to get around.
• Likoni Ferry: The primary vehicle/pedestrian link to Diani Beach. It is free for pedestrians but can get crowded during peak hours. Vehicle ferries require patience.
