The Honorary Consulate of Madagascar in Mumbai processes tourist visa applications for residents of the following states. Submit your application directly at the Consulate — the primary mission for West India applicants.

Call +91-022-046735 during working hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Request a visa submission appointment. Note the confirmed date, time, and any specific instructions given by the consular staff.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early at 1/6, Dossa Mansion, 5th Floor, Sir P.M. Road, Fort. Carry your appointment reference, original passport, completed application form, full document set, and visa fee in the confirmed payment mode. Biometrics and brief interview (if required) are completed during the same visit.
The Consulate will provide a collection slip with an expected pickup date. Standard processing is 7–10 working days. Collect in person with the slip and a valid ID, or confirm if courier return is available. Track status by calling the Consulate directly.

Nearest station: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) — approximately 5-minute walk. Churchgate (Western Line) is an alternative, about 12 minutes away by walk.
Drop-off on Sir P.M. Road, Fort. Paid parking available at nearby Horniman Circle parking and multi-level car parks in the Fort area. Ola/Uber drop-off directly outside Dossa Mansion.
Look for Dossa Mansion on Sir P.M. Road in the Fort business district. Near Horniman Circle, David Sassoon Library, and CSMT. Take the lift to the 5th Floor.
Carry your original passport and appointment confirmation for entry. Building security at Dossa Mansion may require visitor registration. Proceed to the 5th Floor for the Consulate office.
