The Embassy of South Africa in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of the following states and union territories. Submit your application at the VFS Global Delhi centre — the primary application centre for North India applicants.

Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/zaf → click "Book an Appointment" → select New Delhi as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily at around 8:00 AM IST.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add premium services for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at B-18 Vasant Marg, Vasant Vihar. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Nearest stations: Vasant Vihar (Magenta Line) — 5-minute walk, and Dhaula Kuan (Airport Express / Magenta Line) — 10-minute walk. Both are well-connected from across NCR.
Drop-off on Vasant Marg, Vasant Vihar. Paid parking available in the surrounding market area. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at the centre.
Look for the VFS Global centre in Vasant Vihar, near the main market area. The location is easily accessible from Munirka and Dhaula Kuan.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
You can submit your application at any VFS centre across India regardless of your home city. The visa decision is made by the Consulate covering your registered state of residence — not the VFS centre where you apply.
