Call +91-11-26145346 / 49 during working hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00) to confirm the current visa submission window and book a slot. Walk-in availability may be limited, so calling ahead is strongly recommended.
Arrive at A9/A6 Vasant Vihar, New Delhi during your scheduled slot. Carry your original passport, printed application form, and complete document set. Visa fees are paid directly at the Embassy counter.
The Embassy will retain your passport for processing and provide an acknowledgement receipt. Standard processing takes 10–15 working days. You will be contacted for passport collection once the decision is made.
