The Embassy of Estonia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Ahmedabad centre — the primary application centre for applicants in Gujarat and surrounding regions.

Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/est → click "Book an Appointment" → select Ahmedabad as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily at around 8:00 AM IST.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at the VFS Global Ahmedabad centre. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee (payable at centre) confirmed at the counter. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Drop-off at the mall premises. Paid parking is available inside the Shree Balaji Agora Mall basement. Ola/Uber drop-off is available at the main mall gate.
Look for Shree Balaji Agora Mall in Usmanpura, near the Ashram area. The VFS centre is located inside the mall complex.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
