The Embassy of Estonia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Pune centre — a convenient application centre for applicants in Maharashtra and surrounding western regions.

Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/est → click "Book an Appointment" → select Pune as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily at around 8:00 AM IST.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at 93 Avenue Mall, 4th Floor, Kalubai Chowk, Wanowarie. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee (payable at centre) confirmed at the counter. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

The VFS centre at Wanowarie is well-connected by PMPML buses from Pune Station, Swargate, and Hadapsar. Auto-rickshaws are readily available from Fatima Nagar Junction and Kalubai Chowk.
Drop-off at 93 Avenue Mall, Wanowarie. Paid parking is available inside the mall premises. Ola/Uber drop-off is available directly at the main mall entrance on Kalubai Chowk.
Look for 93 Avenue Mall near Fatima Nagar Junction in the Wanowarie area. The VFS centre is on the 4th Floor. Kalubai Chowk is the nearest major intersection.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
