The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi holds jurisdiction over All of India. Applicants residing in Chandigarh, Punjab, and Haryana can conveniently submit their applications at the VFS Global Chandigarh centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Chandigarh requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux → click "Book an Appointment" → select Chandigarh as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Elante Offices, Industrial Area Phase I. Enter through Gate No. 3 and proceed to the Second Floor. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
