After breakfast check out & proceed to Bern the Swiss capital – the only Swiss city to be accorded World Heritage status. Enjoy the tour of the city. See the clock tower – Bern’s most recognizable symbol and the oldest monument of the city, and with its 15th-century astronomical clock, a major tourist attraction, the parliament building, and the gothic fountains. Later we drive to Broc where you will visit the legendary Maison Cailler Nestlé in Broc where the secrets of chocolate making are revealed. It is a Chocolate- making facility offering factory tours, tastings, workshops & an interactive museum. see La Maison du Gruyere, a cheese-making dairy factory open to visitors near the popular wall-enclosed old town and Gruyères castle in Switzerland. Today’s day is free for leisure or OR Opt for a memorable magical alpine excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, a high–point of your tour. First, we proceed to Grindelwald Terminal. The new 3S-Bahn Eiger Express takes you from the Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher station in just 15 minutes. There you board a cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet – a world of eternal ice and snow. Visit the Ice Palace where artists create their work of art in ice. Visit the Sphinx observatory deck to experience a breath-taking panoramic view of the longest glacier in the Alps - Aletsch Glacier. Later drive to Lauterbrunnen, where you will visit the Trummelbach Falls, the only accessible, mountain-interior glacier waterfalls in Europe. Return to your hotel. Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Zweisimmen from where you will board and enjoy one of the famous Golden Pass train journeys to Gstaad. One picturesque view follows the next as if the passing landscape had been specially designed for the panoramic journey: cows grazing on lush green meadows, traditional wooden chalets, and the tall peaks of the Alps in the background. After breakfast, we drive to Geneva for an orientation tour. See The Jet d’Eau, a large fountain in Geneva, Switzerland and is one of the city’s most famous landmarks, UN Buildings - The United Nations Office and the Flower Clock, located just in front of the famous Lake Geneva. Next, we visit the Olympic Museum to experience the Olympics at close quarters and feel the Olympic spirit the way the athletes felt it, to study the history of the Games from antiquity to today - thanks to the latest computer technology and audio-visual media, all of this can be accomplished in the Olympic Museum. Next, we board a cruise from Lausanne to Montreux where we visit Chillon castle which is located on a rock on the banks of Lake Geneva. The water castle is the most visited historic building in Switzerland. For nearly four centuries Chillon was the residence and profitable toll station of the Counts of Savoy. We also visit Vevey - situated on Lake Geneva, this was where Charlie Chaplin chose to spend much of his life. Check out of your hotel and proceed to Zermatt. Zermatt lies at the foot of the Matterhorn. It is a mountain known for its almost perfect pyramid shape. The town’s touristic development is closely linked to what is most probably the world’s most famous mountain. The vacation destination is a car-free zone, has preserved its original character, and offers nearly unlimited possibilities as far as excursions are concerned and that is one of the best things about this charming Alpine location's main street.
