The Embassy of Austria in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for all Indian States and Union Territories. Submit your application at the VFS Global New Delhi centre — open to residents across India for Schengen tourist visas.

Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/aut → click "Book an Appointment" → select New Delhi as your centre. Slots refresh daily around 09:00 AM IST.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time Appointment for added convenience at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at the VFS centre. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, signed application form, and full document set. Visa fee is payable at the centre. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
