The Embassy of Belgium in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Kochi centre or any other authorized VFS centre across the country.
Note: While the Embassy holds pan-India jurisdiction, you are free to book an appointment at any VFS Global centre in India regardless of your home city. Always confirm your applicable centre on visa.vfsglobal.com before booking your appointment.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visaonweb.diplomatie.be ↗ and download the signed application form. VFS Kochi requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/bel → click "Book an Appointment" → select Kochi as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time Submission slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Coastal Chambers (Manoj Tower), Ravipuram M G Road. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee is payable at the centre. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
Drop-off directly at Coastal Chambers (Manoj Tower) on Ravipuram M G Road. Ola/Uber drop-off is convenient and readily available at the building entrance.
Nearest metro station: None directly adjacent. The centre is located on M G Road in Ravipuram. We recommend taking an auto or cab from the nearest metro hub (e.g., MG Road Metro Station) for the last-mile connectivity.
Look for Coastal Chambers (Manoj Tower) on Ravipuram M G Road, Kochi. The VFS centre is on the 1st Floor.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
