The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Ahmedabad centre for convenient local submission.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/bgr ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Ahmedabad requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/bgr → click "Book an Appointment" → select Ahmedabad as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at the Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Motera location. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
Drop-off directly at Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Motera. Ola/Uber drop-off is convenient at the main mall entrance. The VFS centre is on the Ground Floor.
The centre is accessible via the Sardar Patel Ring Road BRTS corridor. Nearest BRTS stop is Motera, followed by a short walk to the mall.
Look for Shree Balaji Agora Mall between Tapovan and Bhat Circle on the 200 Ft Sardar Patel Ring Road, Motera.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
You can submit your application at any of the VFS centres across India regardless of your home city. The visa decision is made by the Embassy covering your registered state of residence — not the VFS centre where you apply.
