The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of all of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Kolkata centre — the primary application centre for East and Northeast India applicants.
Note: While the Croatian Embassy in New Delhi holds jurisdiction over all of India, applicants from East and Northeast India typically use the Kolkata VAC for convenience. Always confirm your applicable centre on visa.vfsglobal.com before booking your appointment.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/hrv ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/hrv → click "Book an Appointment" → select Kolkata as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Rene Tower, Building No. 1842, Rajdanga Main Road. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee (payable at centre) confirmed at the counter. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Drop-off at Rene Tower on Rajdanga Main Road. Auto-rickshaws and cabs from Salt Lake, Phoolbagan, and central Kolkata can reach the centre easily.
Look for Rene Tower, Building No. 1842 on Rajdanga Main Road. The VFS centre is located on the 4th & 5th Floor. Landmark: Near Geetanjali Stadium.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
You can submit your application at any of the VFS centres across India regardless of your home city. The visa decision is made by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in New Delhi.
