The Embassy of Denmark in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Chandigarh centre for convenient local submission, regardless of your home state.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application via the VFS Global Denmark portal ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Chandigarh requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/dnk → click "Book an Appointment" → select Chandigarh as your centre.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at the VFS centre. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
