The Embassy of Estonia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Jalandhar centre — the primary application centre for applicants in Punjab and surrounding northern regions.

Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/est → click "Book an Appointment" → select Jalandhar as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily at around 8:00 AM IST.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Aman Plaza, 2nd floor, Lajpat Nagar, Nakodar Chowk. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee (payable at centre) confirmed at the counter. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Jalandhar is well-connected by local buses and auto-rickshaws. The VFS centre at Aman Plaza, Lajpat Nagar is easily accessible from the Jalandhar City Railway Station and the main bus stand.
Drop-off at Aman Plaza, Lajpat Nagar. Paid parking is available nearby. Ola/Uber drop-off is available directly at the main entrance of the plaza.
Look for Aman Plaza on Mahavir Marg, Lajpat Nagar, near Nakodar Chowk (opposite to lovely autos). The VFS centre is on the 2nd floor.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
