Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on france-visas.gouv.fr ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Guwahati requires this form at the time of submission — you cannot submit without it.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/fra → click "Book an Appointment" → select Guwahati as your centre. TSP slots are released sporadically. Set alerts and check the portal frequently.
Choose your preferred Friday slot. If travelling as a family, ensure all applicants are grouped under the same appointment. Optionally add available premium services during booking.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre on your scheduled Friday.
