The Embassy of Hungary in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents across India, as it is the sole diplomatic mission handling Hungary Schengen visas in the country. Submit your application at the VFS Global New Delhi centre.
Note: Jurisdiction assignments are based on your registered residential address in India. Always confirm your applicable centre on visa.vfsglobal.com before booking your appointment.
★ Gold services are optional paid add-ons. They do not affect visa decision speed or approval outcome.
Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official Hungary visa portal or VFS website and download the signed form. VFS New Delhi requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/hun → click "Book an Appointment" → select New Delhi as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Courier Service for added convenience at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at #27 K.G. Marg, Connaught Place. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee is payable at the centre. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
