The Embassy of Latvia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of the following states and union territories. Submit your application at the VFS Global Chandigarh centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Chandigarh requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva → click "Book an Appointment" → select Chandigarh as your centre.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Elante Offices, Industrial & Business Park, Phase - I. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Drop-off at Elante Offices, Phase I. Paid parking is available within the Elante Mall/Offices complex. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at Gate No. 3 of the office block.
Nearest bus stop is Elante Mall/Phase 1. Auto-rickshaws and e-rickshaws are readily available from Sector 17 and ISBT, dropping you directly at the Elante Offices entrance.
Located inside the Elante Offices complex in Industrial & Business Park, Phase I, adjacent to Elante Mall. Entry is specifically from Gate No. 3.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
