The Embassy of Latvia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of the following states and union territories. Submit your application at the VFS Global Kolkata centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Kolkata requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva → click "Book an Appointment" → select Kolkata as your centre.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Rene Tower, Rajdanga Main Road. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
