The Embassy of Belgium in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Goa centre in Panaji or any other authorized VFS centre across the country.
Note: While the Embassy holds pan-India jurisdiction, you are free to book an appointment at any VFS Global centre in India regardless of your home city. Always confirm your applicable centre on visa.vfsglobal.com before booking your appointment.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visaonweb.diplomatie.be ↗ and download the signed application form. VFS Goa requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/bel → click "Book an Appointment" → select Goa as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily. Goa is a smaller centre, so availability may be more limited than metro cities.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time Submission slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Gera Imperium Grand, Patto Plaza, Panaji. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee is payable at the centre. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
Drop-off directly at Gera Imperium Grand, Patto Plaza, Panaji. Ola/Uber and local taxis are readily available across Goa. The centre is in the heart of Panaji's commercial district.
Patto Plaza is well-connected by local Kadamba buses. The Panaji (KTC) bus stand is within walking distance. Buses from Margao, Vasco, and Mapusa stop at or near Patto.
Look for Gera Imperium Grand in the Patto Plaza commercial district, Panaji. This is a prominent business complex in central Panaji, easily recognisable.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
