The Embassy of Belgium in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Jalandhar centre or any other authorized VFS centre across the country.
Note: While the Embassy holds pan-India jurisdiction, you are free to book an appointment at any VFS Global centre in India regardless of your home city. Always confirm your applicable centre on visa.vfsglobal.com before booking your appointment.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visaonweb.diplomatie.be ↗ and download the signed application form. VFS Jalandhar requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/bel → click "Book an Appointment" → select Jalandhar as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily. Jalandhar is a smaller centre, so availability may be more limited than metro cities.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time Submission slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Aman Plaza, 2nd Floor, Nakodar Chowk. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee is payable at the centre. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
Drop-off directly at Aman Plaza on Mahavir Marg, Nakodar Chowk. Ola/Uber and local auto-rickshaws are readily available across Jalandhar. The centre is opposite Lovely Autos.
Jalandhar has a well-connected local bus network. The centre is accessible via Mahavir Marg near Nakodar Chowk. Local buses from the Jalandhar Bus Stand and Railway Station stop nearby.
Look for Aman Plaza on Mahavir Marg at Nakodar Chowk, opposite Lovely Autos. The VFS centre is on the 2nd Floor of the building.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
