The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Kolkata centre for convenient local submission.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/bgr ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Kolkata requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/bgr → click "Book an Appointment" → select Kolkata as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at the Rene Tower, Rajdanga Main Road location. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
Drop-off directly at Rene Tower, Rajdanga Main Road. Ola/Uber drop-off is convenient at the main building entrance. The VFS centre is located inside the Rene Tower complex.
Accessible via AC and non-AC buses plying along Rajdanga Main Road. The centre is also a short auto-rickshaw ride from the Karunamoyee (Salt Lake Sector V) Metro station on the Green Line.
Look for Rene Tower on Rajdanga Main Road. The building is located near Geetanjali Stadium in the Rajdanga area.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
You can submit your application at any of the VFS centres across India regardless of your home city. The visa decision is made by the Embassy covering your registered state of residence — not the VFS centre where you apply.
