The Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Ahmedabad centre — the primary application centre for Gujarat and surrounding region applicants.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Ahmedabad requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze → click "Book an Appointment" → select Ahmedabad as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Ground Floor, Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Motera, Ahmedabad. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit (mandatory for ages 12+).

Drop-off at Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Motera. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at the mall entrance. Easily accessible from Sardar Patel Ring Road.
Paid parking available at Agora Mall basement and ground levels. Ensure you have extra time for parking and walking to the Ground Floor VFS centre.
The nearest metro stations are Motera Stadium and AEC Metro. From there, it is a short auto-rickshaw ride to Agora Mall.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
