The Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Mumbai centre — the primary application centre for Maharashtra and surrounding western region applicants.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Mumbai requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze → click "Book an Appointment" → select Mumbai as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Urmi Axis Building, Second Floor, Opp. E Moses Road, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit (mandatory for ages 12+).

Drop-off at Urmi Axis Building, Opp. E Moses Road, Mahalaxmi. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at the building entrance. Easily accessible from Worli and Lower Parel.
Paid parking available nearby in the Mahalaxmi / Worli area. Ensure you have extra time for parking and walking to the Second Floor VFS centre.
The nearest railway station is Mahalaxmi (Western Line). From there, it is a short auto-rickshaw ride or walk to Urmi Axis Building behind Famous Studio.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
