The Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Kolkata centre — the primary application centre for West Bengal and surrounding eastern region applicants.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Kolkata requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze → click "Book an Appointment" → select Kolkata as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Rene Tower, Rajdanga Main Road, Near Geetanjali Stadium, Kolkata. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit (mandatory for ages 12+).

Drop-off at Rene Tower, Rajdanga Main Road. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at the building entrance. Easily accessible from EM Bypass and surrounding areas.
Paid parking available nearby along Rajdanga Main Road and EM Bypass. Ensure you have extra time for parking and walking to the 4th & 5th Floor VFS centre.
Look for Rene Tower on Rajdanga Main Road. The building is located near Geetanjali Stadium. The VFS centre occupies the 4th and 5th floors.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
