The Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Chandigarh centre — the primary application centre for Chandigarh UT, Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh applicants.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Chandigarh requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze → click "Book an Appointment" → select Chandigarh as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Elante Offices, Entry from Gate No. 3, Industrial Area, Chandigarh. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit (mandatory for ages 12+).

Drop-off at Elante Offices, Gate No. 3, Industrial Area. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at the office complex. Easily accessible from Sector 17 and surrounding areas.
Paid parking available at Elante Offices basement and ground levels. Ensure you have extra time for parking and walking to the Second Floor VFS centre.
Look for Elante Offices in the Industrial Area, Phase I. Enter specifically from Gate No. 3 as directed for the VFS centre.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
