The Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Hyderabad centre — the primary application centre for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh applicants.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official portal visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze ↗ and download the signed form. VFS Hyderabad requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/cze → click "Book an Appointment" → select Hyderabad as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Punjagutta Metro Station, Lower Concourse, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit (mandatory for ages 12+).

Drop-off at Punjagutta Metro Station, Punjagutta Rd. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at the metro station entrance. Easily accessible from Ameerpet and Banjara Hills.
Paid parking available near Punjagutta Metro Station and along Punjagutta Rd. Ensure you have extra time for parking and walking to the Lower Concourse VFS centre.
The centre is located inside the Punjagutta Metro Station (Red Line) Lower Concourse. Direct access from the metro station makes it highly convenient for applicants arriving via Hyderabad Metro.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
You can submit your application at any of the VFS centres across India. The visa decision is made by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi.
