The Embassy of Hungary in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents across India, as it is the sole diplomatic mission handling Hungary Schengen visas in the country. However, applicants residing in the following states and union territories typically submit through the VFS Global Ahmedabad centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on the official Hungary visa portal or VFS website and download the signed form. VFS Ahmedabad requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/hun → click "Book an Appointment" → select Ahmedabad as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Courier Service for added convenience at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Ground Floor, Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Motera. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport, downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee is payable at the centre. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Nearest BRTS stops are Tapovan Circle or Bhat Circle on the Sardar Patel Ring Road. From there, it is a short 2–3 minute walk to Shree Balaji Agora Mall.
Auto-rickshaws and app-based cabs (Ola/Uber) are readily available. Instruct the driver to drop you at the Ground Floor entrance of Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Motera. Ample parking is available within the mall complex.
Located on the Sardar Patel Ring Road, between Tapovan and Bhat Circle in Motera. The mall is a prominent commercial building easily identifiable from the main road.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
You can submit your application at any of the VFS centres across India regardless of your home city. The visa decision is made by the Embassy of Hungary in New Delhi covering your registered state of residence — not the VFS centre where you apply.
