The Embassy of Latvia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of the following states and union territories. Submit your application at the VFS Global Goa centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Goa requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva → click "Book an Appointment" → select Goa as your centre.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Gera Imperium Star, Patto Plaza, Panaji. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Nearest bus stop is Patto Bus Stand. Auto-rickshaws are readily available across Panaji and will drop you directly at Patto Plaza.

Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
