The Embassy of Latvia in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of the following states and union territories. Submit your application at the VFS Global Jaipur centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Jaipur requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lva → click "Book an Appointment" → select Jaipur as your centre.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at World Trade Park, 7th Floor, D Block, Malviya Nagar. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Drop-off at World Trade Park (WTP), JLN Marg. Paid parking is available within the mall basement premises. Ola/Uber drop-off directly at the main mall entrance.
Nearest bus stops are along Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg. Auto-rickshaws and e-rickshaws are readily available across Malviya Nagar and Mansarovar, dropping you directly at WTP.

Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
