The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi processes tourist visa applications for residents of All of India. Submit your application at the VFS Global Ahmedabad centre — a primary application centre for applicants across the country.

Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/pol → click "Book an Appointment" → select Ahmedabad as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre. You will also receive it by email and SMS.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Shree Balaji Agora Mall, Motera. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Visa fee is payable at the centre. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
