The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi holds jurisdiction over All of India. Applicants residing in Karnataka can conveniently submit their applications at the VFS Global Bengaluru centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Bangalore requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux → click "Book an Appointment" → select Bengaluru as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Gopalan Innovation Mall, Bannerghatta Main Rd. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Nearest stations: J.P. Nagar or Bannerghatta Road (Green Line). From the station, take a short auto or cab ride (approx. 10–15 minutes) to Gopalan Innovation Mall.
App-based cabs (Ola/Uber) and auto-rickshaws are readily available. Direct drop-off is available at the main entrance of Gopalan Innovation Mall on Bannerghatta Main Road.
Ample paid parking is available within the Gopalan Innovation Mall complex. Ensure you arrive early to account for parking and walking time to the VFS centre on the ground floor.
Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
