The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi holds jurisdiction over All of India. Applicants residing in Kerala can conveniently submit their applications at the VFS Global Kochi centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Kochi requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux → click "Book an Appointment" → select Kochi as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at 1st Floor Coastal Chambers (Manoj Tower), Ravipuram M G Road. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Nearest station: Maharaja\'s College or Ernakulam South on the Kochi Metro. From the station, take a short auto or cab ride (approx. 5–10 minutes) to Ravipuram M G Road.

Paid parking is available in nearby commercial complexes or along M G Road. Allow extra time for parking and walking to the 1st Floor VFS centre.

Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
