The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi holds jurisdiction over All of India. Applicants residing in Tamil Nadu can conveniently submit their applications at the VFS Global Chennai centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Chennai requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux → click "Book an Appointment" → select Chennai as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Ramee Mall, 2nd Floor, No. 365 Anna Salai, Teynampet. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
