The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi holds jurisdiction over All of India. Applicants residing in Maharashtra can conveniently submit their applications at the VFS Global Mumbai centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Mumbai requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux → click "Book an Appointment" → select Mumbai as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Urmi Axis Building, 3rd Floor, Above ICICI Bank, Next to Sahar Cargo. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.

Nearest stations: Marol Naka (Metro Line 1) or Andheri (Western Railway Line). From the station, take a short auto or cab ride (approx. 10 minutes) to Urmi Axis near Sahar Cargo.
App-based cabs (Ola/Uber) and auto-rickshaws are readily available across Mumbai. Direct drop-off is available at Urmi Axis Building, located next to Sahar Cargo in Andheri East.
Paid parking is available within the Urmi Axis complex and nearby commercial buildings in Andheri East. Allow extra time for parking and walking to the 3rd Floor VFS centre.

Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
