The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi holds jurisdiction over All of India. Applicants residing in Haryana, Delhi NCR, and surrounding regions can conveniently submit their applications at the VFS Global Gurugram centre.

Before booking a VFS appointment, complete your application on visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux ↗ and download the signed form with barcode. VFS Gurugram requires this form at the time of submission.
Go to visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/lux → click "Book an Appointment" → select Gurugram as your centre. If no slots are visible, check back early morning — slots are released daily.
Choose your preferred slot. If travelling as a family, book all applicants under one appointment group. Optionally add Premium Lounge or Prime Time slots for priority processing at an additional fee.
Pay the VFS service charge online and any optional service fees. Save and print your appointment confirmation — you must carry this to the centre.
Arrive 15 minutes early at Centrum Plaza, 3rd Floor, Golf Course Road. Carry: appointment confirmation, original passport (min. 6 months validity, 2 blank pages), downloaded application form, and full document set. Biometrics are enrolled on the same visit.
Processing insights are observational and based on general applicant experience. Actual timelines depend on Embassy workload, individual application complexity, and seasonal factors.
Nearest stations: Sector 53-54 or Sector 54 Chowk on the Rapid Metro / Delhi Metro network. From the station, take a short auto or cab ride (approx. 5–10 minutes) to Centrum Plaza.
App-based cabs (Ola/Uber) and auto-rickshaws are readily available across Gurugram. Direct drop-off is available at the main entrance of Centrum Plaza on Golf Course Road.
Ample paid parking is available within the Centrum Plaza complex basement and ground levels. Ensure you arrive early to account for parking and walking time to the 3rd Floor VFS centre.

Carry your printed appointment confirmation for entry. Mobile phones, cameras, lighters, and large bags are not permitted inside — leave them in your vehicle or with a companion.
