Porbandar Bird Sanctuary

It is the only bird sanctuary of Gujarat that provides legal protection to varied species of birds that nest here. Porbandar Bird Sanctuary is the smallest bird sanctuary spread over in an area of 1 square km. The sanctuary has a lake attracting migratory birds and other birds such as teals, fowls, flamingos, ibis, and curlews.
Barda Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

Barda was a private forest of the ex-princely State of Ranavav and Jamnagar and, therefore, it is still popularly known as Rana Barda and Jam Barda. The entire area is the reserve forest and had been notified as Sanctuary in the year 1979.
Tara Mandir

The temple is located on the opposite side of Bharat mandir. The tara mandir is a place where people can see the show of space science. The temple is famous for its show about space science, so it's called Tara temple.
Huzoor Palace

Huzoor Palace, also spelled Huzar Palace, is a palace in Porbandar, in the Indian state of Gujarat. It was built by Rana Natwarsinhji, who was the last Maharaja of the Princely State of Porbandar, in the early years of the 20th century, with clear European influences. The palace is now used by the successors of the Maharaja's family who reside in London.
Best Time To Visit Porbandar

The climate of Porbandar is generally pleasant. The summer season continues from March to June with the daytime temperature crossing 42ºC. The monsoons enter this region in July and remain there till September. Winter comes in from October and stays till February. Due to the cyclonic storms or depressions in the Arabian Sea in the post-monsoon months, and to a lesser extent in May and June, the city faces strong winds, heavy rain, and occasional thunderstorms. The summer temperature ranges between 24ºC and 42ºC and the winter temperature range from 10ºC to 24ºC.
