Best Time To Visit Anantnag
Summers are the best time to visit Anantnag as the temperature of the valley remains in the comfort zone and ambiance gives energetic enthusiasm to explore the city of Anantnag quite easily. During this season, the environment is calm and pleasant and rays of sun fall on the top of the snow-clad mountains to give splendid views for visitors. Summers reflect the temperature between 8° C to 22 °C in Anantnag which starts from March basically and continues till August. From September, the season of autumn begins and this is also an immaculate time for visiting Anantnag. From September to November, nights are comparatively colder than day temperature so it is better to take a good amount of bedding and woolens during this phase of time. In winter, there is a drastic fall in temperature which falls below the freezing point and the temperatures are between 5 and 10° C, hence it is somewhat difficult to explore Anantnag entirely.
