Nelliampathy
Nelliyampathy is a hill station within the Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve, in the southwest Indian state of Kerala. The road to it, which goes through the dense forests of the Western Ghats, is known for its many hairpin turns. To the west is Kesavan Para, a vantage point with views of nearby tea plantations. Further west is the 19th-century Pothundi Dam. Northeast is the Seetharkundu Viewpoint, with waterfalls nearby.
Nelliyampathy Hills
Nelliampathy is surrounded by tea and coffee plantations. The village has its own gram panchayat and forms a part of the Chittur taluk. Pothundi Dam, which was constructed in the 19th century, is the entrance to Nelliyampathy.
Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary
Parambikulam Tiger Reserve, which also includes the erstwhile Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary, is a 391 square kilometres protected area in Chittur taluk in Palakkad district of Kerala.

Palagapandi Estate
Palagapandy is Seetharkundu where one can have a fantastic valley view, and a 100 m high waterfall providing an added attraction. From Palagapandy, one can trek or go by jeep to reach Mampara; another breathtaking vantage point at Nelliyampathy.
Padagiri
Padagiri, also known as Nellikota, is a hill in the Nelliyampathy Hills, in Chittur Taluk, Palakkad District, Kerala, and is the range's tallest peak, with an elevation of 1585m. It is around six kilometers from Nelliampathy.
Seetharkundu Viewpoint
A viewpoint called Seethargund is situated 8 km away from Nelliyampathy. Seethargund, according to beliefs is the place where Lord Rama, Laxmana, and Seetha rested during their exile.
Seetharkundu Waterfall
Seetharkundu fall is bordered by paddy fields which can be reached from Palakkad as well. The waterfall is situated in an area that is famous for its organic farms that are engaged in coffee and tea cultivation.
Kesavanpara
Kesavanpara is a small place in Palakkad district of Kerala state, south India. It is 30 km from Nemmara village. Kesavanpara is home to the Nelliampathi mountains and offers a panoramic view of the land below. It is near to Kaikatty.
Mampara Peak
A trek to Mampara peak, about 20 km from Nelliyampathy, with a view of the entire Palakkad range, is a real treat for the eyes.
Palakkad Gap
Palakkad Gap or Palghat Gap is a low mountain pass in the Western Ghats between Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu and Palakkad in Kerala. It has an average elevation of 140 metres with a width of 24–30 kilometres. The pass is located between the Nilgiri Hills to the north and Anaimalai Hills to the south.

Best Time To Visit Nelliyampathy
Nelliyampathy is an all-season hill station but the best season to visit is from November end to February. During summer, the temperature varies from 23°C to 35°C. During the winter season, the temperature hovers around 16°C to 30°C. Monsoon is heavy on this region.
