Chail
Chail is a hill station in Himachal Pradesh, India. It is 44 kilometers from Shimla and 45 kilometers from Solan. The Chail Palace is well known for its architecture: the palace was built as a summer retreat by the Maharaja of Patiala during the British Raj, on the land allotted to him by the British for the former's assistance in the Anglo-Nepalese War. The cricket ground and a polo ground which is there at an altitude of 2,250 m were owned by the erstwhile royal family of Patiala. It is the world's highest cricket ground. Chail is also frequented by hikers.
Chail Wildlife Sanctuary
Chail Sanctuary is located at Chail, a hill station that is an abode of wildlife. One can see sambar, goral, and cheer pheasants at Blossom and Jhaja. Barking deer and kalijin are seen during dusk and dawn.

Kali Ka Tibba
Kali ka Tibba is a must-visit during your stay at Chail. Located atop a hilltop Kali ka Tibba has Kali Devi as the main deity. An ancient temple Kali ka Tibba attracts many including locals and also people far off from Chail.
Mount Karol
Mount Karol is situated amidst the tall pine trees at the height of 2280 metres, atop Mount Karol in Solan lies a mystical cave popularly called as Pandava Gufa.

Chail Cricket Ground is a cricket ground located in Chail, Himachal Pradesh. The ground was established in 1893 but Bhupinder Singh Maharaja of Patiala made Chail as his summer capital that time the ground was developed.
