Besides its breath-taking beauty, Champhai is a store house of ancient relics, monuments, legends, and folklore. It is also considered as the fast-emerging 'fruit bowl' of Mizoram.
Murlen National Park
Murlen National Park is a national park located in the Champhai district Mizoram and the size of the park area is 200 km. This national park is famous for housing animals like the hoolock gibbon, and the Himalayan Black Bear. Leopards, tigers, and many other species are spotted here.
Rih Dil Lake
Rih Dil a natural lake located and is about 3 kilometers from Zokhawthar village at an Indo-Burma border. The lake is about one mile in length and half a mile in width. It has a heart-shaped outline.
Kawlkulh
Kawlkulh is a village situated in Khawzawl Block of Champhai district in Mizoram. Positioned in the rural region of Champhai district of Mizoram, it is one of the 34 villages of Khawzawl Block of Champhai district.

Lengteng Wildlife Sanctuary
Lengteng Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area in Champhai district in eastern Mizoram, northeast India. It is an alpine forest and contains the second highest peak in Mizoram. It is especially a conservation interest on rare species of birds.
Mizo Hlakungpui Mual
Mizo Hlakungpui Mual is a monument to commemorate Mizo poets. It was set up in 1986 at the southern edge of Khawbung Village, Mizoram state, North-East India, about 100 miles northwest of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Mura Puk
Mura Puk is located in Zote village, about 10 kilometers from Champhai town. It consists of six caves, and though the origin or use of the caves are not known, legend has it that it was a hideout for villagers in the olden days as they were preyed upon by a gigantic eagle called Mura for food.
Thasiama Seno Neihn
Thasiama Seno Neihna is a plateau that is nature's delight and gives a great view of the surroundings. The climb to the plateau is a little difficult and hence it is a trekker's delight.
Best Time To Visit Champhai
Champhai is blessed with a pleasant climate throughout the year. Summers in Champhai is mild while the winters are moderate. Similar to the other parts of Mizoram, Champhai also experiences heavy rainfall during the monsoon months. Tourists can visit the town throughout the year.
