About Maldives
Maldives is a tropical nation in the Indian Ocean composed of 26 ring-shaped atolls, which are made up of more than 1,000 coral islands. It’s known for its beaches, blue lagoons, and extensive reefs. The capital, Malé, has a busy fish market, restaurants and shops on the main road, Majeedhee Magu, and 17th-century Hukuru Miskiy also known as Friday Mosque is made of carved white coral. The islands are popular for snorkeling and diving due to the warm water, high visibility, and diverse marine life, including manta rays and spotted whale sharks, which can grow to 12m long. Other popular water activities include swimming, surfing, sea kayaking, and jet-skiing. Travel by boat or seaplane is common on inter-island trips from Malé to uninhabited islands or small fishing villages, many of which offer guesthouses or homestays. The most typical travel accommodations are luxury spa resorts and overwater bungalows on wooden stilts.
Reethi Beach
Reethi Beach often called Fonimagoodhoo is an island in the Baa Atoll in the Maldives. on the island is the famous Reethi Beach resort. It is surrounded by a beautiful lagoon, pristine coral reefs and surrounded by and white beaches.
National Museum
National Museum was established on the National Day of the Maldives, the first National Museum of the country. A diverse collection of artifacts are displayed in the museum, including relics from the foregone pre-Islamic period era, thrones, royal sunshades and furniture, costumes and shoes, coins, ornaments, arms, and armor.
Maafushi
Maafushi is one of the inhabited islands of Kaafu Atoll and the proposed capital for the Medhu Uthuru Province of the Maldives. The Maafushi Prison is a popular tourist attraction. Tourists from neighboring resort islands also visit Maafushi for island hopping and Maafushi provides them with shopping opportunities with souvenir shops at assigned areas of the island.

Atolls Of The Maldives
The Maldives are formed by 26 natural atolls, along with a few islands and isolated reefs today which form a pattern stretching from 7 degrees 10′ North to 0 degrees 45′ South. The largest of these atolls is Boduthiladhunmathi, while the atoll containing the most islands is Huvadhu. Some atolls are in the form of a number of islands by time and in the form of isolated reefs, which could be classified as smaller atoll formations.
Kuramathi
Kuramathi at 2 km long is the largest of six islands that belong to the small natural atoll, located a few miles off NE Ari Atoll, known as Ross, Rasdhoo, or Rasdu Atoll, which administratively belongs to Alif Alif Atoll.
Rasdhoo
Rasdhoo is an inhabited island of the Maldives. It is also the capital of the Alif Alif Atoll administrative division. Rasdhoo Island is one of the most popular destinations for diving in the Maldives. The island can be reached by ferry thrice a week from Malé or by daily speedboats from Malé and Rashdoo.
Thulusdhoo
Thulusdhoo is the capital of Kaafu Atoll. The island is popular for its surf points. Chickens and Cokes are two world-class surf spots near the island.
Meedhupparu
Meedhupparu is a coral island on the east of the Northern Maalhosmadulhu Atoll in the Maldives. Native wildlife consists mostly of crows, fruitbats, crabs, and geckos.
