Sheikh Zayed Mosque
Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is located in Abu Dhabi and the largest mosque in the country, it is the key place of worship for daily, Friday, and Eid prayers. The mosque is large enough to accommodate over 40,000 worshippers, while the main prayer hall can hold over 7,000. There are four minarets on the four corners of the courtyard which rise about 351 feet in height. The courtyard, with its floral design, measures about 180,000 sq feet and is considered to be the largest example of a marble mosaic in the world.
Dubai Fountain
Dubai Fountain is a choreographed fountain system located on the 12 hectares manmade Burj Khalifa Lake, at the center of Downtown Dubai. It is Illuminated by 6,600 lights and 50 colored projectors. It is visible from every point on the lake promenade and from many neighbouring structures. Performances take place at 1:00 pm and at 1:30 pm as well as every 30 minutes from 6 pm to 10 pm on weekdays, and from 6 pm to 11 pm on weekends.
